MEET YOUR GUIDES
Krista
Krista is a spiritual guide, regenerative community builder, and visionary founder of the Seed of Life. Rooted in Hermetic Wisdom and guided by the rhythm of nature, she weaves together ancient teachings, ceremony, and practical tools for self-mastery and collective awakening.
Through Seed of Life, Krista creates spaces for deep rememberance, where healing, sovereignty, and purpose align. Her work bridges the mystical and the grounded, supporting individuals and communities to reconnect with their inner truth, embody leadership from the heart, and live in harmony with the Earth and All Life.
Ticon
Ticon Storay is a community architect, facilitator, and founder of Nomadic Communities. After twelve years living and teaching in regenerative communities across Costa Rica, he now helps people reconnect with purpose, create aligned community structures, and step into the work their soul came here to do. His work weaves spiritual depth, practical systems, and embodied leadership.
Brien
Brien is a holistic coach, teacher, and movement specialist who weaves physical, emotional, adn spiritual growth into a unified practice of embodied living. He leads a team at Qi Movements devoted to harmoizing the nervous system through concious movement and mindful awareness.
A part of the Seed of Life since its inception, he supports sessions that invite embodiment through breath, rhythm, and presence - bridging neuroscience, movement and Hermetic philosophy to guide transformation from the inside out.

Amanda is a guide in Regenerative living, shared through Qigong, Herbalism, Yoga, Hridaya silent meditation and Womb cycles. As a cofounder of Eco Mast: Healing anf Learning Sanctuary and a devoted land gaurdian, she supports others in cultivating a deep cpnnection to self, source, nature, and all beings, Through movement, plant connection, stillness, and sacred cycle work, Amanda helps people honor their natural rhythms and rediscover their inate vitality.

A Sovereign Earth
In our world, the Elements of nature, Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether are the bedrock of life and represent intricate philosophies and wisdom. Recognizing the Sovereignty of nature means acknowleding that they exist beyond human control or ownership. They follow the divine laws of the universe.
No governing body or individual can truly exert itself over Gods Creation. By trying to control what is inherantly free we disturb the balance. harmony is achieved when we coexist, acknowleding the value in all life and its role in sustaining life. Its in this balance we find peace, growth and enlightenment.

Seed of Life Caravan
A Traveling Community Immersion
March 2 – March 16, 2026
The Seed of Life (SOL) Caravan is a two-week immersive journey designed to support personal integration, community connection, spiritual stewardship, and regenerative impact.
Operating as a mission-aligned program in collaboration with Nomadic Communities Spiritual Foundation, the SOL Caravan moves as a living bridge between communities—sharing Seeds, Sounds, and Stories that honor sovereignty, human rights, and harmony with all life.
This is not a retreat you attend.
It is a community you move with.

The Seed of Life Caravan exists to:
Cultivate heart-centered relationships and sacred commerce
Support local communities, artists, and land-based projects
Create pathways for deeper engagement with Nomadic Communities and the Tree of Service
Model transparency, reciprocity, and regenerative impact
The Caravan operates as a traveling node, connecting aligned communities and inviting participants into a deeper relationship with land, people, and purpose.

🔥 The Community Experience
March 2–16, 2026
The Seed of Life Caravan is an intimate, two-week immersion bringing together a small group of participants to travel, serve, and live in rhythm together.
Experiences may include:
Shared travel and daily community rhythm
Community gatherings, music, and artistic expression
Ceremony and spiritual practice
Service to land and local projects
Time in nature and embodied integration
Reflection, rest, and meaningful connection
The experience is intentionally small, with 5–7 participants for the full journey.
🏕️ What’s Included
Your contribution supports:
Nourishing shared meals
Accommodation (camping or shared lodging)
Transportation to on-site events and special locations
Participation in all caravan-led ceremonies and experiences
Additional offerings such as private sessions, specialized ceremonies, or extended travel may be available separately and will be clearly communicated in advance.
💛 Exchange & Contribution
Participants may join under the following donation structure:
$777 – $1,111 per week, or
$1,111 – $1,444 for the full two-week immersion
This exchange supports your experience, the facilitators, the communities we visit, and the continued unfolding of the Seed of Life mission.
🌳 Regenerative Impact
A portion of all contributions from the Seed of Life Caravan is dedicated to a Reforestation Fund, supporting ecological restoration and land regeneration in alignment with the values of stewardship and reciprocity.
Your participation helps nourish both human community and living ecosystems.

Soul Sync Sanctuary is a healing and retreat center in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica dedicated to transformation, rest, and spiritual renewal.
